**URGENT**Need Start up Cash

Dear Friends, My name is Kasey.Im in need of $37,000 by Friday 9/25/2010.I don't want a handout.I was recently introduced to the top RealEstate investor in the country.He has an oppurtunity for myself and others.In short,He has the buying power to purchase forclosed homes from the banks for .20 to.30 cents on the dollar which he offers the homes to his students .30 to .40 cents on the dollar.Which allows me (student)to offer these homes to the general public .70cents on the dollar or more depending on the house.I have partnered up with an expert mortgage broaker (semi retired).  I have been in the construction trades for 20yrs. I need to  act Fast to ensure maximum ROI.The next availability will not be till next year.I need to act fast.These homes are being purchased in centralvalley california.One of the hardest hit areas in the nation for forcloseures.I will discuss terms with my Angel and disclose another oppurtunity with you upon contact. Side of town are going at current Market value which  it was 10 yrs ago.Do you staying on the market for 30 days max.While other homes in poorer Neighbor hoods tend to linger  around cause the rehabber is trying to get top market value to break even.With my Guru's buying power I have room to fluctuate by reselling the home @ .50 as is leaving myself and did I mention my Partner Is The Top mortgage broker (retired) in our area with a continous list of buyers.It  is not about top market value it is about Volume.

 in response to whoknew...   I have a written Guarante.Yes there are some guide lines to follow you have to put an honest effort in it for the guarantee to be effective.If you are lazy and Don,t give it an honest effort you loose.If you do give an honest effort follow the reasonabe guidelines and don't make 3 times your investment in 6 mos.He will give you back your purchase price of the program.If you understand numbers ie;.20 +.10=.30  leaving.60 to work with Allowing room for repairs call it .30 at most giving yourself a .30 profit now I think of that as being a genius.Never before has the market allowed this to happen.But American greed caused it.

Even if someone had the finances to give you $37k - what guarantee do you have from this wizard of realestate that you will even  see a return on your investment? He is the top investor because he is investing everyone else's money, not his own.

Hypothetically, let's say you do invest your $$$ , what guarantee do you have that you will be able to sell these homes?  Where are all the buyers? Although the economists say the recession is over, look around you- people are still losing their homes, people are still out of work. It will take years for people - normal everyday people - to see any light at the end of this tunnel. I don't think you are seeing this "investment" for what it is - an elusive brass ring. 

Give it a few days. Thoroughly check out your "investor" and the property he plans on buying. Speak to an attorney.  If the deal is legitimate, it will still be there after you have done your due diligence. If not, it never was.
